I’ve registered as an employer. Why isn’t my job visible yet?

Welcome to MeeBoss! Once you’ve registered for MeeBoss, we check to see if your company is already on the platform. If it isn’t, we’ll perform a check to make sure that the data provided is accurate. We want to make sure both job seekers and employers are able to trust the other party. Once we’re able to confirm the information needed, we’ll send you a notification that your account is ready. You’re more than welcome to prepare a job to post before the check is complete. We’ll make it public at the same time as we confirm your company information.

In some cases, we may identify some companies as ones that we don’t have a big enough pool of job seekers that would be a good fit. So we may ask those companies to wait a bit longer before trying out MeeBoss as an employer. We want to make sure we’re making the best use of everyone’s time. In this case, please feel free to create a job seeker account to get a feel for the service. And who knows, you may come across a job that could be a good fit!


How do I update my employer profile information?

You can navigate to your profile under the main navigation menu. There, you can update your profile image, name, and company position. You are unable to update your company or work email from here, as we use this information to associate you with your company on MeeBoss. If your company or work email has changed, please contact us directly either via chat or the feedback page.


How do I update my company information?

Your company page will be shared on a company page, visible to other job seekers and easily accessible from jobs your company posts. The information shown here can be updated going to the main navigation menu and selecting Company Page. Here you can update information about your company, except for the company name. If you need to update the company name, please contact MeeBoss directly via the feedback form.


How do I post a job?

From the web, navigate to the job management page, or from mobile, job management page can be accessed from the candidates page or from the Manage button next to your jobs. You can see any jobs already posted, as well as waiting to be posted or closed. Selecting the option to post a new job will take you to a new screen with several job posting options.

You can manually input the information to post the job, or from the Quick Post option, you can quickly generate the content of your job by importing a job link from an external job board (currently LinkedIn, Levels.fyi, and HiringCafe are supported), using generative AI to fill out the job posting form based on your prepared description, using generative AI to fill out the job posting information based on keywords, or from a job template if available.

Please note to confirm any information in the job posting before making the job public. If your company is still under review, the job will become public at the same times as your company information is approved.


How do I contact a job seeker?

When you see a job seeker that’s a good match for your position, you can click on their profile to view more information about the job seeker. From there, you’re able to message them directly. If they accept the message, you and the job seeker can begin a direct conversation, and as an employer, you can request their resume. From the job seeker’s side, they may offer their resume during the conversation, in which case you can accept or deny.


What are job views?

Job views are visible job seekers that viewed your posted jobs. This can be a good source of additional qualified candidates to reach out to.


What are saved jobs?

Job seekers can save jobs for later review. When they do this, visible job seekers will be shown here. Like job views, job seekers that saved your job may be a good source of qualified candidates to reach out to.


What is Talent Pool?

Job seekers may join your company’s Talent Pool. This shows that they are interested in working with your company, and are often accompanied by a message from the job seeker.

Like job views and saved jobs, job seekers in your Talent Pool may be a good source of qualified candidates to reach out to.


How do I manage my notifications from MeeBoss?

MeeBoss is mobile-first, so we prioritize notifications to be sent to users' mobile devices via the dedicated MeeBoss mobile app. In order to change notifications for when a new recommendation arrives, please first make sure that you have adjusted your mobile device’s settings:

Can I also be a job seeker on MeeBoss?

Yes, you can. You can create a job seeker account on MeeBoss, and switch at any time from the main navigation menu. As an employer, the option I’m looking for a job will change to the job seeker side. To return to the employer side, you can select I’m hiring.


How do I report an inappropriate candidate or message content I received?

Every candidate will have a … button near the top of heir profile, with an option to report the user. Please fill out the report form, and someone from MeeBoss will investigate the issue.

Similar to candidates, if a chat with a job seeker includes some inappropriate content, or you want to block the jobseeker from contacting you, you can look for a similar … within the message screen. From there, you have options to either block the job seeker, or you can report them to MeeBoss and we will investigate.


How do I report a bug or give feedback regarding MeeBoss?

We want to continue to improve MeeBoss, and appreciate your input. The quickest way to provide feedback to MeeBoss is to send us a message. You should have received a welcome to MeeBoss when you joined the service, and can send us feedback there.

Alternatively, we have a Send feedback option in the main navigation menu, where you can provide information to us. We may not be able to respond to all submitted feedback, but appreciate it!


How do I delete my MeeBoss account?

Closing your account means permanently deleting your profile and removing access to all your information from MeeBoss.

To close your MeeBoss account:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Select Account settings
  3. Click Delete account and follow the instructions to confirm

If you registered with third-party credentials, like Google or Apple, you should unlink your MeeBoss account from that provider via their platform. Visit their support pages for more details:
