The Albany County Land Bank is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods by addressing vacant properties. We acquire tax-foreclosed, vacant, or abandoned properties throughout Albany County and identify responsible buyers through an application process that includes multi-layered review. We work in with various public and private sector partners to remove harm and return properties to productive use supporting community development.
