Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time remote role for a Entry-Level Financial Services Representative. The Representative will be responsible for consulting with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions. Daily activities include building client relationships, explaining and selling insurance products, guiding clients through policy applications, and reviewing existing coverage to ensure it aligns with client goals. Agents will also work collaboratively with the team to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• • Sales, negotiation, and communication skills to advise clients and present solutions effectively

  • Basic financial literacy and knowledge of life insurance products and services

  • Customer service and relationship management skills to build trust and long-term partnerships

  • Ability to work independently with time management and organizational skills

  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication platforms

  • Relevant certifications or licenses in the life insurance industry are preferred(willing to obtain Life and Health License)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
