About This Role

LUXY Ride is hiring a hands-on Director of Performance Marketing and Operations to own paid media, search, SEO, and the operational layer that keeps marketing moving. This is a Director-level execution role, not an oversight role. You will personally build, launch, and tune campaigns across paid social, CTV, programmatic, and paid search while serving as the connective layer across the marketing organization. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You Will Do

Paid Media and Search Execution

  • Own hands-on execution across all paid channels including paid social, CTV, programmatic, and paid search.

  • Build, launch, manage, and tune campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, and CTV partners.

  • Own account structure, budgets, pacing, creative rotation, audience strategy, and the testing framework.

  • Drive paid media to support LUXY's core personas, use cases, and growth priorities.

  • Continuously evaluate performance and reallocate spend to improve efficiency and scale.

Analytics, Tracking, and Attribution

  • Work across GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Agency Analytics, TripleWhale, and other reporting environments to improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Serve as the connective layer across paid media, search, SEO, content, creative, lifecycle, and analytics. Own marketing performance measurement and reporting across every channel.

  • Keep tracking, UTMs, attribution, and data flow accurate across platforms, analytics, and CRM.

  • Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.

  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Improve visibility into customer behavior and performance by segment.

  • Support lifecycle workflows and campaign execution in partnership with the Content and Communications Lead.

SEO Ownership

  • Collaborate with the CMO on SEO strategy and lead execution in partnership with content and technical resources.

  • Work with the Web Ops team on on-page, technical, and programmatic SEO initiatives.

  • Lead keyword strategy, content alignment, internal linking, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion impact from SEO work.

  • Keep SEO integrated with paid search and content strategy.

Campaign Cohesion and Operational Efficiency

  • Manage and tune marketing landing pages tied to campaigns, coordinating content, design, and analytics for an aligned, high-performing experience.

  • Operate with a high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability across campaigns and initiatives.

  • Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, reporting workflows, audience analysis, testing velocity, and overall marketing operations.

  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend solutions that improve speed, insight generation, and execution quality.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience with direct, hands-on execution across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and CTV.

  • Demonstrated success building and tuning campaigns at scale on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and CTV partners.

  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and other marketing analytics platforms.

  • Experience with attribution modeling, multi-touch reporting, and clean UTM and data hygiene practices.

  • Hands-on SEO experience across on-page, technical, and programmatic SEO.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear, decisive action.

  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or comparable platforms. This is required, not preferred. We expect AI fluency as part of how you work.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where you own outcomes end to end.

Compensation and Schedule

Annual salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Employment type: Full-time, W-2 employee of LUXY Technologies, Inc.

Work model: In-office at our Shelton, Connecticut headquarters, four (4) days per week in office with one day remote.
