Role Description

• Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.

• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.

• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
