Position Summary
The Front Desk Staff serves as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the club. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, handling check-ins, assisting with member inquiries, and supporting daily club operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure all members and guests properly check in upon entry
- Enforce guest policies and club procedures
- Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Assist with membership questions, program registrations, and scheduling
- Process payments, membership updates, and retail transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Monitor facility access and communicate concerns to management
- Support coaches, trainers, and club staff as needed
- Handle member concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Assist with opening and closing duties

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale software
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred but not required
