HelloBirdie Badminton (Wayside Athletic Club)

Health, Wellness and Fitness

Our mission is to produce elite-level junior and adult shuttlers capable of winning both national and international tournaments. While we do have training options for those looking to pursue badminton more recreationally, our specialty is paving the way for dedicated and driven athletes to reach world-class levels. Our coaches are Eva Lee, a two-time U.S. Olympian, and former world no. 17, and Nicholas Waller, a former U.S. National Team member. Their coaching methodology pulls from their experiences training and competing across the globe, offering a highly comprehensive training environment for HelloBirdie students. We offer junior, adult, and private classes 8-12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personalized physical, nutritional, and sports psychology programming is offered to students enrolled in advanced-level classes. Private consultations can be scheduled to discuss students’ options and to match students with the training plan that best fits their goals.
