Remote Online Research Specialist / Agent

No Experience Required.  This is not a sales position.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Online Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting comprehensive online research, synthesizing information, effectively communicating with people via phone, video, text, email and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.  Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough online research on various topics as required.

• Compile and organize data into spreadsheets, word documents and database.

• Communicate findings effectively with team members.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage and present data.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure research objectives are met.

• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Adapt to a flexible work schedule and take initiative in managing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English; Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong working knowledge of web browsers and online research tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

• Able to work with all people in a culturally diverse environment

Requirements:

• A quiet and conducive work environment.

• Computer, cell phone (Android/iPhone), and high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 20Mbps.

• Able to legally work in the USA.
