Our mission is to provide users with real-time, data-driven insights to optimize their heart health and athletic performance. We are looking for a Web Manager who can bridge the gap between our tech, our marketing goals, and our users, ensuring our web presence is fast, secure, intuitive, and highly converting.

Role Overview

As the Web Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our public-facing website, landing pages, and web-based user portals. You will collaborate closely with product developers, data scientists, UX designers, and the marketing team to ensure that cardiofit.ai has a flawless, high-performing digital storefront. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of technical web administration, front-end development knowledge, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities1. Website Maintenance & Performance

  • Uptime & Security: Manage domain registration, hosting environments, and SSL certificates. Implement rigorous security measures to protect user data and comply with relevant healthcare/privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, or HIPAA-adjacent data workflows if applicable).

  • Speed Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve page load speeds, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of defense for web bugs, broken links, or plugin/API conflicts, resolving technical issues quickly to avoid downtime.

2. Front-End Development & Content Management

  • CMS Administration: Manage the website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and ensure all core software, themes, and plugins are secure and updated.

  • Landing Page Creation: Build and deploy high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and lead-generation initiatives.

  • Basic Coding: Write and clean up clean HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to make custom layout tweaks without needing to pull in the core product engineering team.

3. Analytics, SEO & Optimization

  • SEO Infrastructure: Implement on-page SEO best practices, manage sitemaps, and structure URLs to maximize organic visibility.

  • Data Tracking: Maintain tracking pixels and analytics tags (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to accurately capture user behavior and marketing attribution.

  • A/B Testing: Run experiments on layout, copy, and CTAs to improve sign-ups for the cardiofit.ai platform.

Requirements & QualificationsMust-Haves:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years managing high-traffic websites, preferably in the B2C SaaS, health-tech, or fitness tech spaces.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency with modern CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.), HTML5, CSS3, and a solid understanding of JavaScript.

  • Analytics Savvy: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).

  • Problem-Solving: A proven ability to independently diagnose and fix complex web issues under tight timelines.

  • Attention to Detail: Deep care for typography, alignment, and seamless user journeys—you notice a broken pixel or a typo instantly.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in a startup environment or an AI-focused tech company.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Basic understanding of health/fitness data privacy standards.
