Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with various mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required.

• Valid state licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, etc.) preferred.

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a clinical setting.
