This role will analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, website activity, and marketing channels to identify opportunities for growth and improve marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of digital marketing and can turn data into clear recommendations that marketing and sales teams can act on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, web, and content.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs, campaign performance, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

  • Monitor website and campaign analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Conduct customer, audience, and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy.

  • Evaluate lead-generation and conversion performance throughout the marketing funnel.

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Support A/B testing and optimization of campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and calls-to-action.

  • Manage data quality and ensure marketing reporting is accurate and consistent.

  • Help identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing operations, business analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new technologies, particularly AI.
