Role Description

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management within the IT services or consulting industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
