Social Media Marketing Intern

We're launching our product to digital marketing agencies and SMBs, and we need talented marketing interns to help execute our go-to-market strategy.

The Role
We're hiring multiple Social Media Marketing Interns to work across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Google Ads. You'll be part of a collaborative team of interns, each focusing on specific platforms and responsibilities based on your strengths and interests. This isn't a typical internship—you'll own real responsibilities, create content that reaches thousands, and build an impressive portfolio while working on an actual product launch.

What You'll Do
Depending on your skills and interests, your responsibilities may include:

Content Creation:
• Create and publish engaging content across social platforms (4-6 posts/week)
• Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts)
• Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and campaigns

Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries
• Engage authentically in digital marketing communities and groups
• Build relationships with agencies and potential customers
• Participate in Reddit and Facebook marketing communities

Strategy & Analytics:
• Track performance metrics across all platforms
• Create weekly reports with insights and recommendations
• Conduct A/B testing on content and messaging
• Maintain content calendars and campaign documentation

Outreach & Engagement:
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to agency decision-makers
• Participate in industry conversations and trending topics
• Support webinar coordination and virtual events
• Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities

What We're Looking For
Required:
• Currently enrolled in college (any year) OR recent graduate (within 1 year)
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with at least 2-3 social media platforms
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Available 20-40 hours/week for 3-6 months
• Able to work 2-3 days/week in Redmond, WA office

Preferred Skills (not required, but helpful):
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Video editing (InShot, CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Understanding of B2B marketing or SaaS
• Data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Active presence on social media platforms
• Previous internship or freelance marketing experience
