The Eye Level Grader supports the instructional team by accurately grading student workbooks, recording scores, and helping maintain student records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring students receive timely feedback and that teachers can effectively monitor academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
Grade student worksheets and workbooks according to Eye Level standards and answer keys.
Accurately record scores and completion data in student records.
Identify common student errors and bring concerns to teachers or Center Directors.
Organize and prepare learning materials for student sessions.
Assist with filing, copying, and maintaining educational resources.
Support classroom operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and information.
Ensure grading is completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
High school student, high school graduate, or college student preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic proficiency in mathematics and English.
Ability to follow established grading procedures.
Reliable, organized, and responsible.
Previous tutoring or grading experience is a plus but not required.
