Job Description:

·         Experience managing and scaling monorepos (Turborepo/Nx), including shared libraries, task pipelines, and dependency boundaries.

·         Proficient state management with MobX, designing predictable, maintainable application state.

·         Type-safe, scalable styling using vanilla-extract, including theming and design tokens.

·         Testing expertise with Jest, covering unit and integration tests with a quality-first mindset.

·         Package and dependency management using npm & pnpm, including workspace configuration and version hygiene.

·         Strong Git & GitHub workflows: PR reviews, branching strategies, and Cl collaboration in large teams.

·         Focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience across the stack.

·         Provides technical leadership and mentorship, setting patterns, reviewing architecture, and raising team standards.
