We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who enjoys creating content, testing ideas, analyzing results, and building distribution systems.

This is not a traditional social media role. You will help build our entire growth engine.

What You'll Do

• Transform founder insights into LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, videos, and community content

• Build and manage content distribution workflows

• Launch growth experiments and track performance

• Manage community engagement across Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, and other channels

• Create and optimize email campaigns

• Support SEO-focused content initiatives

• Build AI-powered workflows for content creation and research

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Consistent content publishing cadence

• Growth in website traffic and engagement

• Increased lead generation

• Improved conversion rates across acquisition channels

• New content and distribution systems that scale

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Interest in startups, growth, marketing, and AI

• Comfortable experimenting with new tools

• Analytical mindset

• Ability to execute quickly with minimal direction

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content online

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Notion, or analytics tools

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals

• Experience managing social media accounts or communities
