Team Leader - Event Decor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced team leader to lead under our Director of Lighting & Draping for event rentals in various settings, including personal, business, industrial, commercial, hospitality, disaster relief, and healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, management experience, design, and event knowledge a plus, and an understanding of safety regulations. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of responsibilities, and foster a productive team environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate staff engaged in setting up lighting and draping for event tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

• Monitor team performance, provide training, and support staff development to maintain high-quality service delivery.

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.

• Oversee the execution of projects, event contracts and set up procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met or exceeded.

• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.

• Address client concerns promptly and professionally to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in design and event set up services.

• Strong background in events operations.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous staff supervision or team management experience.
