We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Child Care Systems Modernization initiative for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Must-Have Skills

✔ 15+ years of Project/Program Management

✔ 10+ years of Procurement Planning

✔ Enterprise Technology Modernization / Digital Transformation

✔ RFP, RFI, SOW, Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation

✔ Project Governance, Risk Management & Executive Stakeholder Management

✔ Excellent Communication Skills

✔ PMP Certification (or equivalent Project Management certification)

Preferred

⭐ State Government/Public Sector experience

⭐ Human Services, Child Care, Licensing, or Grants Management projects

⭐ Legacy System Modernization, Agile & Cloud experience
