The Opportunity
We’re looking for driven, coachable individuals to join our growing remote sales team. This opportunity is ideal for competitive, goal-oriented professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
・ Conduct virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients.
・ Perform needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
・ Educate clients on available coverage options and benefits.
・ Guide clients through the application process.
・ Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards.
・ Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
・ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
・ Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
・ Comfortable using technology and virtual meeting platforms.
・ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
・ Sales, athletics, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
・ Licensing support available for qualified candidates where applicable.
