Are you an experienced Pharmacist looking for an opportunity to lead a team, make an impact, and advance your career? We're seeking a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care in Nacogdoches, TX.

📍 Location: Nacogdoches, TX 75961

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As the Pharmacist In Charge, you'll play a key leadership role by:

✅ Leading and mentoring a team of Pharmacy Technicians

✅ Overseeing daily pharmacy operations and workflow

✅ Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local pharmacy regulations

✅ Reviewing prescriptions, dispensing medications accurately, and counseling patients

✅ Managing inventory, medication safety, and pharmacy compliance

✅ Driving operational excellence while delivering outstanding patient care

What we're looking for:

✔ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

✔ Active Pharmacist License

✔ 3–5+ years of retail pharmacy management experience

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✔ Experience managing pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
