About the Role
We are a boutique Salesforce consulting practice helping growing companies design, fix, and scale Salesforce in a way that actually supports revenue teams. Our work focuses on CRM strategy, RevOps alignment, data quality, automation, and long-term Salesforce ownership.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Partner to help source and qualify high-quality opportunities and schedule discovery calls. This is a commission-based, freelance (1099) role. Solution design, scoping, SOW creation, pricing, and delivery are handled by the consultant.
This role is ideal for someone with experience selling Salesforce consulting or implementation services who prefers quality over volume and understands consultative, relationship-driven sales.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage companies that:
Currently use Salesforce, or
Are actively evaluating Salesforce or a new CRM
Conduct outreach via your preferred channels (LinkedIn, email, referrals, network)
Hold business-focused conversations with senior stakeholders (VP Sales, RevOps, Operations, IT)
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (need, authority, timing, fit)
Set clear expectations around the discovery process and engagement model
Schedule qualified discovery calls with the consultant
Provide a concise opportunity summary prior to each discovery call
What You Will Not Do
No pricing authority
No scope, solution, or timeline commitments
No SOW or contract creation
No closing responsibility
No delivery or project management work
What Counts as a Qualified Meeting

There is a real business problem tied to CRM, RevOps, or Sales Operations
The prospect has decision-making authority or strong influence
Expected need is within ~6 months
Engagement potential is ~$20k+ (project or retainer)
The meeting is attended and accepted as qualified after the call
Compensation
$250 per accepted, attended qualified discovery meeting
12% commission on closed business
Commissions paid on collected revenue
Commission applies to the initial engagement or first X months of a retainer
No base salary
No cap on earnings

No equity, ownership, or partnership unless explicitly agreed to in writing
You control your schedule, outreach methods, and tools
