Job description
We’re seeking a motivated Case Manager to support our pre-litigation team and develop into a key player in our firm. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone with 0–2 years of legal or personal injury experience who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about client service. You’ll work closely with attorneys and senior case managers to help move cases forward from intake to settlement. Applicants must have or be willing to learn comprehensive handling of PI claims from start to finish including initial client outreach, intake, providing case status updates, scheduling medical treatment, managing property damage and loss-of-use claims, reporting and resolving Medi-Cal/Medicare liens, and providing attentive, high-quality client care at every stage.
