Hiring: Electrical Engineer 3
Location: Chillicothe, IL (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in wire harnesses, connectors, and electrical component design to join a dynamic team supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global design control for wire harnesses and related electrical components.
Collaborate with suppliers on wire harness and connector development.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Own the complete lifecycle of electrical components from NPI through production.
Work closely with global teams across the US and India.
Communicate project progress, manage risks, and provide leadership throughout development.
Occasional local travel as required.
