About the Role

Archer Consulting Team is seeking Smartsheet Consulting Analysts to join our growing delivery team. This is a remote, contract-based consulting role designed for professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who want to apply their experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

As a Smartsheet Consulting Analyst, you’ll help clients solve complex operational challenges using Smartsheet and related workflow tools. You’ll work alongside senior consultants to analyze business needs, configure and test Smartsheet solutions, and ensure deliverables are executed with precision and clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client requirements and help design efficient Smartsheet-based solutions

• Build and test Smartsheet assets such as sheets, reports, and dashboards based on defined specifications

• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend process or configuration improvements

• Support data validation, imports/exports, and integrations to ensure data accuracy

• Contribute to client deliverables including documentation, presentations, and workflow diagrams

• Participate in internal project discussions and occasional client-facing meetings

• Manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and clear communication
