Association Executive (AE)

Synergos is seeking an Association Executive (AE) to join our Team to serve as the Executive Director (ED) of Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity. The AE/ED will be responsible for the following:

• Lead, manage and hold accountable professional teams hired to serve the clients
• Lead, manage and hold accountable volunteer teams recruited and elected by the clients
• Develop strategies and processes to achieve client’s goals
• Serve as liaison to key stakeholders including and not limited to board, committees, volunteers, members, community partners, and vendors
  The Executive is responsible for Executing Phi Kappa Theta’s Vision as defined in the strategic plan, The Next Chapter (TNC). The ED’s primary role is to leave the staff and volunteers to achieve key milestones and goals outlined in TNC.
