Benefits
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Financial Advisor or Associate Advisor who wants to build a real career, not just manage accounts.
This role is designed for:
An advisor with an existing book who wants better infrastructure, planning depth, and long-term upside
Or a driven associate ready to step into a client-facing role and grow into a lead advisor
You will work directly with firm leadership to deliver high-level planning and become a long-term partner to clients navigating retirement, taxes, and legacy decisions.
This is not a transactional or product-driven role. If you are looking for quick commissions or a churn-and-burn model, this will not be a fit.
Compensation & Growth Structure
We believe strong advisors should be paid like business builders, not employees capped by a salary band.
Base Salary (Starting Range):
Associate Advisor: $50,000 – $75,000
Financial Advisor (experienced): $75,000 – $120,000+
Final base is dependent on experience, licensing, and existing client relationships.
Variable Compensation (Primary Income Driver):
Compensation is tied directly to three core areas:
1. New Client Acquisition
Planning fees (e.g., $3,200–$4,800 engagements): participation in revenue
Ongoing AUM brought in: payout on managed assets
Bonus incentives tied to new household onboarding and asset inflows
2. Ongoing Client Management
Revenue share on advisory fees for clients you service and retain
Opportunities to take over and grow existing firm relationships over time
3. Closing & Production Incentives
Additional compensation tied to converting prospects into clients
Performance-based bonuses for hitting growth and retention targets
Typical Earnings Trajectory:
Year 1 (Associate): $70K – $120K total comp
Year 2–3: $120K – $250K+ as book grows
Long-term advisors: $250K+ tied directly to client relationships and assets under management
There is no hard cap on earnings. Compensation scales with the value you create for clients and the firm.
