✅ 5–7+ Years of Project Management Experience

✅ MMIS / PBM / Medicaid Domain Experience (Mandatory)

✅ Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Management

✅ JIRA, ADO, MS Project, SharePoint & Visio

✅ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

🔹 Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and implementation plans.

🔹 Coordinate with business, technology, and client-facing teams to ensure successful project execution.

🔹 Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

🔹 Prepare project status reports, budget updates, and executive-level communications.

🔹 Ensure compliance with PMO standards, SDLC processes, and organizational governance.

🔹 Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

🔹 Lead cross-functional teams while ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical healthcare initiatives.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience supporting State & Local Assistance Programs

✔ 5+ Years in PBM, Medicaid, or Pharmacy Domain

✔ PMP Certification

✔ Experience managing external vendors and multi-workstream enterprise projects

✔ Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
