Position Overview:

Our client is a thriving community outpatient medical center seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered adult primary care. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive adult primary care in a community outpatient setting

  • Manage chronic conditions including, but not limited to, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease

  • Conduct routine examinations and screenings with an emphasis on preventive care and early detection

  • Coordinate specialty referrals and ensure continuity of care for patients with complex needs

  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with established standards

  • Remain current with advancements and best practices in the field of Internal Medicine

  • Communicate with professionalism and clarity with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine

  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration

  • Strong clinical acumen in the management of chronic disease and preventive care

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based care model
