ATL Lux Jewelry is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with jewelry repair, stone setting, sizing, polishing, and custom jewelry work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and can produce high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform jewelry repairs, including ring sizing, soldering, chain repairs, and prong repair/replacement.
Set and replace diamonds and gemstones using various setting techniques.
Perform stone tightening, resetting, and inspection.
Polish, buff, clean, and finish gold, silver, platinum, and other precious-metal jewelry.
Assist with custom jewelry fabrication and modifications.
Repair and restore vintage and damaged jewelry.
Perform jewelry inspections and identify potential structural or setting issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workbench.
Accurately assess repair requirements and communicate any concerns.
Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Handle valuable jewelry with care and follow company security procedures.
