Avendano Health Medical Wellness & Lab is a growing CLIA-waived wellness lab and specimen collection site in Boca Raton. We partner with national lab platforms and specialty testing companies to provide in-office and mobile blood draws in a calm, professional setting.
We are seeking a dependable Mobile Phlebotomist to perform on-site blood draws for patients at homes, offices, and partner locations across Palm Beach County.
What You’ll Do
Perform venipuncture safely and efficiently (adult patients)
Handle multiple tubes and specialty lab kits accurately
Ensure proper labeling, requisitions, and chain-of-custody
Provide professional, friendly bedside manner
Transport specimens per Avendano Health workflows
Maintain organized supplies and report low inventory
Compensation (Per Visit)
$26–$30 per completed visit (35–40% of $75)
Paid per draw (not hourly)
Opportunity for higher percentage with consistency and volume
Requirements
Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience
Strong venipuncture skills (including difficult sticks)
Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
High attention to detail with labeling and packaging
Professional, punctual, and patient-focused
Comfortable working independently
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
Preferred
Mobile phlebotomy experience
Familiarity with specialty lab kits
CPR/BLS certification
