Warehouse Manager

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Oversight: Monitor overall operations of the general warehouse, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans. Ensure the effective implementation and tracking of these initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes. Drive the development and improvement of the warehouse process system to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Logistics Supplier Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, leveraging high-quality resources for optimal use. This includes managing supplier performance, developing bidding strategies, and addressing service quality issues.
• Lean Logistics Planning: Take responsibility for the overall planning, solution design, requirement identification, and diagnostics related to lean logistics. Lead the development of feasible plans and ensure their successful implementation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between upstream and downstream departments, fostering collaboration and synergy to drive the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of warehouse logistics management experience, with North American overseas warehouse construction and management experience is preferred;
• Familiar with the warehouse logistics management process and operating standards, with strong team management communication, and coordination skills;
• Strong cost control and budget management skills, able to effectively reduce warehouse operating costs;
• Willingness to travel if needed;
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
