Founding Engineer

CoachIQ is looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to help build and scale the operating platform for private sports coaches. You’ll work directly with the founders, own major product and technical decisions, and ship features across our SaaS, payments, communications, automation, and AI products.

We’re looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer who moves quickly, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in uncertainty. This is an early, high-ownership role with meaningful influence over our architecture, engineering culture, product direction, and future technical team.
