Contract Payroll Specialist - Workday

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees using Workday
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in the system
• Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies from employees
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure correct payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain documentation for audits
• Ensure payroll timelines are met and salaries are disbursed on time

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
• 2–5 years of payroll processing experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, and statutory compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred:

• Experience with global or multi-country payroll
• Advanced Excel and payroll reporting knowledge
