Job description
We are looking for a Teleoperation Lead with 4+ years of experience managing offshore resources to own the performance of our robot pilot network and accelerate our machine learning data generation pipeline. You'll join a seed-stage robotics company building autonomous systems for datacenter infrastructure, working at the intersection of operations, ML, and robotics. This is a first-of-its-kind role where you'll define what great teleoperation looks like and build the playbook to get there. The ideal candidate has managed large-scale customer support, content moderation, or data annotation teams at companies like DoorDash, Uber, Meta, Google, Amazon, or Microsoft.
What will you be doing?
Manage the data generation and annotation performance of 200+ robot pilots in Southeast Asia
Define KPIs for pilot performance, measure results, and close the feedback loop to continuously improve teleoperation quality
Work with the team on live deployments to support human-in-the-loop monitoring of machine learning models
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, hardware, software, and operations teams to execute on the teleoperation roadmap
Design and implement organizational structure improvements to scale pilot performance over time
