We are looking for freelance recruiters who want to work independently, choose suitable requirements, and earn based on successful placements.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Work on live recruitment requirements shared by eSearchTalent.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and personal networks.

• Screen and shortlist candidates according to the JD.

• Submit qualified candidates to the eSearchTalent team/client process.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-up.

• Keep candidate information accurate and updated.

• Support the recruitment process through offer and joining.

• Maintain professional communication with candidates and the eSearchTalent team.

💰 Commission Structure

No fixed salary – performance-based earning.

Recruiters earn a pre-agreed percentage/share of the recruitment fee received by eSearchTalent for successful placements, with the exact payout communicated before working on each requirement.

More successful closures = higher earnings.
