You’ll oversee accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, collections, and HR administration while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflows across the organization. This position offers consistent hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional seeking a stable schedule, autonomy, and meaningful responsibility.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors using automation tools and professional judgment

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reporting schedules for leadership, CPAs, and auditors

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Process weekly payroll and review payroll taxes

  • Handle employee changes, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance tracking

  • Maintain employee records, administer timekeeping, and coordinate employee benefits and retirement-plan administration

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Review and manage customer invoicing

  • Oversee collections, including system-generated reminders and professional follow-up calls

Operational & Leadership Support

  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, renewals, and payment schedules

  • Support leadership with operational tasks, communication follow-up, and administrative coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or in a similar role

  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll, HR administration, and compliance

  • Comfort with accounts receivable, collections, and frequent phone communication

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and cloud-based accounting tools

  • Recur360 experience a plus

  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Strong communication skills and a high standard of confidentiality

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)

  • On-site position – no remote work

Collaborative, professional environment with consistent expectations and autonomy
