You will build and scale our Ambassador Program from the ground up.

• Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors
• Turn ambassadors into active user acquisition channels
• Create systems for ambassador success (playbooks, scripts, content)
• Track performance (signups, engagement, conversions)
• Run weekly check-ins, challenges, and incentives
• Build a strong community culture + accountability
• Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging
• Identify top performers and turn them into leaders
  What Success Looks Like
  50–200+ active ambassadors
  Consistent weekly user signups driven by ambassadors
  High engagement across ambassador channels (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)
  Clear pipeline: recruit → onboard → activate → scale
  Who You Are
  Strong in community building + people leadership
  Comfortable with growth, sales, or influencer marketing
  Highly organized and execution-focused
  Understands Gen Z / creator economy / social platforms
  Can motivate people and drive action (not just ideas)
  Nice to Have
  Experience with ambassador or affiliate programs
  Background in fintech, startups, or creator communities
  Familiar with platforms like Discord, Notion, and CRM tools
  Compensation
