About Advanced Training Techniques & Powerform.fit

Advanced Training Techniques (ATT) is a performance-driven training organization focused on safe, efficient, and repeatable human movement. Powerform.fit is ATT’s biomechanics-based training platform designed to help athletes and everyday movers build strength, balance, and longevity through neutral mechanics and controlled tension.

Our system prioritizes movement quality over volume, ensuring that progress is earned—not forced.

Role Overview

The Form Coach is responsible for teaching, correcting, and reinforcing proper movement mechanics within the Powerform.fit system. This role focuses on movement safety, biomechanical efficiency, and consistent execution, rather than high-intensity coaching or motivational hype.

Form Coaches serve as the first line of protection for athletes and clients—ensuring movements are performed correctly before intensity, speed, or load is introduced.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and cue proper form and neutral biomechanics across Powerform.fit movements

Identify and correct movement compensations, imbalances, and breakdowns

Provide real-time and/or asynchronous feedback (video review, live sessions, messaging)

Educate users on Time Under Tension, controlled movement, and positional awareness

Reinforce Powerform.fit progressions, regressions, and leveling standards

Maintain a calm, clear, and supportive coaching presence

Document client progress and form notes as required

Collaborate with ATT leadership and other coaches to maintain system integrity

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of human movement, posture, and joint mechanics

Ability to clearly explain and demonstrate movement concepts

Comfortable coaching beginners through experienced athletes

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Ability to follow a defined training system while applying critical observation

Comfortable working remotely and using digital platforms

Preferred (But Not Required)

Personal training, strength coaching, or movement coaching experience

Background in kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, or athletics

Experience coaching bodyweight or calisthenic-based movements

Familiarity with corrective exercise or movement screening

Experience providing video-based feedback

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This role IS:

About precision, patience, and protection

Focused on long-term performance and injury prevention

Grounded in biomechanics and repeatable systems

This role is NOT:

A “rah-rah” motivation-only coaching position

About chasing exhaustion or max effort

A one-size-fits-all training approach

Why Join ATT & Powerform.fit

Be part of a system-driven, safety-first training model

Help shape how people move—not just how hard they train

Opportunity to grow into senior coaching, content, or system development roles

Work within a mission-based organization focused on longevity and performance

Compensation

Competitive per-session or per-client contract pay

Growth opportunities tied to performance, reliability, and leadership

Additional in-person opportunities for candidates in the Midwest
