Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Field
Technicians. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in outdoor pest control services
during the warmer months and professional holiday lighting installations during the winter
season. Team members will gain valuable skills in customer service, sales, marketing, and field
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Mosquito Shield of GSATX (Spring–Fall):
• Conduct property inspections to identify mosquito breeding areas
• Apply mosquito treatments safely and effectively using company equipment
• Communicate with clients regarding service details, schedules, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate service records and customer notes via mobile app
• Perform light equipment maintenance and keep vehicles organized and stocked
• Canvass designated neighborhoods to promote services and distribute marketing
materials
Decorate with Lights (Fall–Winter):
• Work as part of a team to install, maintain, and remove exterior holiday lighting
• Follow design plans and ensure safe installation on rooftops, trees, and landscaping
• Interact professionally with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management and equipment setup
• Support crew leads with project organization and execution
Qualifications:
• Must pass background check
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and rooftops
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Willingness to learn and pursue certifications (paid training provided)
