Key Responsibilities:
● Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis and patient goals.
● Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
● Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and safe body mechanics.
● Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
● Collaborate with physical therapist assistants (PTAs), front office staff, and referring physicians to ensure continuity of care.
● Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, feedback, and clinical judgment.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
● Stay current with best practices through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
● Uphold HIPAA and ethical standards in all patient interactions and clinical procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
● Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and educate patients.
● Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with patients, motivate them, and maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere throughout their recovery.
● Problem Solving: Critical thinking and adaptability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, complete accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
● Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient care possible.
