Job description:

We are expanding our local team in Davis County and are seeking , coachable individuals who are open to learning a new skill set and growing into leadership over time.

This is an entry level opportunity with full training and one-on-one mentorship provided.

No prior experience is required we train the right people from the ground up.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking long term growth, leadership development, and a performance driven career path.

What You'll Do:

• Work with new and existing clients to provide education and support

• Schedule and conduct virtual or in person appointments

• Learn basic financial protection and benefit concepts

• Build long term client relationships

• Develop leadership skills through structured mentorship

• Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health license (guidance provided)
