Role Description

• Oversee daily operations of the medical office to ensure efficient workflow.

• Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes.

• Supervise and train office staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

• Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Qualification

• Proven experience in a medical office management role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Mod Med experience a plus
