Senior Software Engineer (Founding Team) - Cambridge, MA

The Opportunity: Join the founding team of a VC-backed startup redefining the B2B Technical support market. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Reporting to the CTO) to define our engineering culture, own the technical roadmap, and ship high-velocity, enterprise-grade products.

The Team: You will join a founding team of Ex-Elite Israeli Intelligence alumni, led by a CEO (a former Google PM with over a decade of product leadership) and a CTO with 15+ years of experience as a multi-time founding engineer. We are building a culture of high-velocity shipping and technical ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and build end-to-end data pipelines, AI processing workflows, and retrieval systems from infrastructure to frontend.

● Solve Hard Problems: tackle challenges in real-time context ingestion, large-scale data modeling, and secure third-party integrations

The Tech Stack:

● Runtime: Deno

● AI & Data: Vector Databases, LLM Orchestration

● Infrastructure: Cloud-native (GCP, IaC)

Who You Are:

● 5+ years of backend engineering experience shipping complex, high-reliability systems.

● Owner: You enjoy moving from backend architecture to frontend implementation.

● Technical Depth: Deep understanding of data models, consistency, and third-party API constraints.

● Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups (0→1), building AI/LLM products, or DevOps/Infrastructure.
