Social Media Marketing Manager

Renewal Missions is a San Diego nonprofit serving through inclusive/adaptive sports ministry, Tijuana orphan care, and military chaplaincy. We're seeking a Social Media Manager to help tell our story — mission trips, Paralympic-pathway athletes, documentary content — in a way that mobilizes prayer, giving, and volunteers.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our Instagram and other platforms
• Plan a content calendar around trips, events, and athlete milestones
• Edit short-form video (Reels) from the field
• Write captions in our voice and mission
• Collaborate with our media team on ongoing series
Qualifications:
• 2+ years managing social media, ideally nonprofit or ministry
• Strong photo/video editing skills
• Excellent, mission-minded writing
• Heart for adaptive sports, orphan care, or missions work
