Key Responsibilities:
Develop ATE test hardware and software for RF and mixed-signal semiconductor devices.
Create and correlate test programs with device specifications and test plans.
Develop and support test solutions on Advantest V93K (93K SmartOS) from NPI through mass production.
Perform production yield analysis, failure analysis, and yield improvement.
Support wafer-level ATE production testing and engineering releases.
Collaborate with Design, Applications, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop, debug, and release production test methods and procedures compliant with manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ATE test engineering for high-speed analog and mixed-signal semiconductor devices.
Hands-on experience with Advantest V93K SmartOS (required).
Experience with test plan creation, hardware design, ATE software development, and production release.
Strong knowledge of test documentation, Statements of Work (SOW), and test data analysis tools.
Experience with SiGe semiconductor technology is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline.
