We're proud of the quality of our client relationships, the caliber of work we deliver, and the culture we've built internally. We invest continually in our people and our technology, and we believe in a genuinely healthy work-life balance — not just as a talking point, but as how we actually operate.
We're looking for a Tax Senior to join our team. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful client-facing work without sacrificing flexibility or quality of life.

Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, communicating clearly and proactively
Work collaboratively with managers and partners on compliance and planning projects
Help identify planning opportunities and flag issues before they become problems
What We're Looking For
Strong technical ability to prepare complex individual, business, and/or trust tax returns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable being a trusted point of contact for clients
Solid tax research skills and sound judgment on when to dig deeper
Experience with QuickBooks Online
CCH Axcess experience is a plus, but not required
CPA license or active progress toward CPA (CPA candidates encouraged to apply)
Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in public accounting
A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in growing within a firm that focuses on planning and strategy, not just compliance
