Job description

The SP-PMA assists in seƫng up service projects, coordinaƟng, dispatching and managing informaƟon
flow for the special projects team. This role ensures all data is accurately entered and maintained within
SharePoint and ServiceTitan. The CSR communicates clearly and professionally with customers, SP
team members, division managers and the accounƟng department.
