  • Shape and uphold architectural principles, coding standards, and test routines across all technical layers
  • Guide team members and introduce best practices for development workflows
  • Interact with users to clarify needs and turn ideas into functional products
  • Engineer scalable backend environments, focusing on frameworks like Python and FastAPI, databases such as PostgreSQL, and cloud deployment services

  • Write robust, maintainable code that requires minimal direction or oversight
  • Make strategic architecture decisions and refine engineering processes
  • Navigate a fast-paced environment, delivering quickly while learning continuously

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–6 years' experience in full-stack development, with significant ownership of features, products, or system upgrades
  • Ability to develop across backend and frontend—from database schema to seamless user interfaces
  • High regard for craftsmanship in both technical and product dimensions
  • Proven independent project leadership
  • Recognized as a technical authority with aptitude for establishing team standards
  • Excels in ambiguous, changing situations and can find solutions with limited guidance
  • Strong instincts for product design and quality, willing to refine requirements for best outcomes

  • State management expertise (Redux, Zustand, React Query)

  • Code review, documentation, workflow conventions
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for data-driven product evolution

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience as an early contributor or founding engineer at a fast-growing venture
  • Built internal systems or dashboards for wide audiences
  • Led key engineering initiatives or mentored colleagues
  • Managed or advanced design systems
  • Interest in AI, online commerce, or automation
