About This Role


We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves working closely with children to help them develop the skills they need for daily living and working. The position requires a strong focus on pediatric therapy, using play-based methods to engage and support our young clients.


What You'll Do


  • Provide occupational therapy services to children with various needs.

  • Utilize play-based therapy techniques to promote engagement and learning.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.

  • Advocate for the needs of your clients within the healthcare system.


What We're Looking For


  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

  • Current NBCOT Certification and an active Utah DOPL License.

  • Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is essential.

  • Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in documentation and assessment skills.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
