About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves working closely with children to help them develop the skills they need for daily living and working. The position requires a strong focus on pediatric therapy, using play-based methods to engage and support our young clients.
What You'll Do
Provide occupational therapy services to children with various needs.
Utilize play-based therapy techniques to promote engagement and learning.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Mentor and support less experienced team members.
Advocate for the needs of your clients within the healthcare system.
What We're Looking For
A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current NBCOT Certification and an active Utah DOPL License.
Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is essential.
Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in documentation and assessment skills.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per year.
