Travel Consultant

About This Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan and book their travel experiences. This remote position requires strong customer service and sales skills, along with a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure clients have memorable trips.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel itineraries, and travel-related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the booking process or travel experience.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, regulations, and destination information.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in travel booking and customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
• Experience in sales and a passion for helping clients.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as a degree in Hospitality or a Certificate in Travel and Tourism are preferred.
• Familiarity with GDS systems is advantageous.
