RN Supervisor/Manager – Travel Contract | Jamaica Plain, MA | Earn Up to $3,520/Week

Compensation & Assignment Details

• Weekly Gross Pay: $3,520

• Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $2,720

• Weekly Taxable Pay (W2): $800

• Location: Jamaica Plain, MA

• Shift: 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM

• Hours: 40 Hours per Week

• Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)

• Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required

About the Position

As an RN Supervisor/Manager, you will oversee nursing operations during your shift, provide leadership and clinical support to staff, ensure compliance with facility policies, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the assigned shift.

• Coordinate patient care and ensure quality clinical outcomes.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for nurses and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor staffing assignments and patient flow.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

• Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.

• Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote best practices.

• Complete required documentation and incident reporting accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians and department leaders to improve patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Nurse Manager experience

• Previous leadership experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or behavioral health setting preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts

Required License & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Massachusetts or Compact License if applicable)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) (Preferred or required based on facility)

• Previous supervisory or management experience required
